Menus for Conference Meals

All conference meals will have vegan/vegetarian options. If you’ve already registered for the conference and would like to add on meals, no worries. Simply fill out an additional registration form checking off the desired conference meals and send it in with the appropriate payment.

Conference Dinner: Friday, November 1, 2013, 5:00-6:30 p.m. , Lee Medical Building Atrium (Menu: Build-your-own taco bowl buffet (includes tortilla chips, tortilla bowls, seasoned ground beef, tomatoes and onions, refried beans, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, nacho cheese, jalapenos, black olives, salsa, and sour cream), cookies, and beverages.)

Conference Lunch: Saturday, November 2, 2013, 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m., National Music Museum (Menu: Build-your-own sandwiches from Mr. Smith’s Catering with artisanal breads, pasta and leafy green salads, mini cheesecakes, and beverages.)

Conference Banquet: Saturday, November 2, 2013, 5:00 -6:30 p.m., Neuharth Center Freedom Forum (Menu: Roasted pork loin with Dijon mustard sauce (stuffed Portobello mushroom vegan/vegetarian entrée available upon request), roasted baby red potatoes, asparagus, spinach salad, dinner rolls, choice of Italian lemon cake or chocolate torte for dessert, and beverages.)

Additionally, free refreshments (muffins, scones, assorted breads, fresh fruit, and coffee) will be available for conference attendees throughout the morning by the registration area in Old Main 118.
